This Privacy Policy explains how MBS Fun, LLC ("Company", "we" or "us") manages information collected when you access and use our website(s) ("Sites"), mobile applications ("Apps"), content, official social media pages, and products (collectively, our "Services").

Personal information generally means information that identifies or can be used to contact you, such as your name, address, email or phone number.

You provide us your Personal Information when you:

Purchase our products or download our Apps;
Initiate a customer service request;
Sign-up for our emails, newsletters, or marketing surveys;

The specific types of Personal Information collected varies with the activity, but may include your name, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, postal address and credit card or payment information.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. If you use our Apps over a third-party platform, such as Amazon, your Personal Information will be collected by this third party, and not by us, and subject to that party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy.

3. Non-Personal Information Collection and Use

Non-personal information generally means data that, alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you.

Non-Personal Information Categories. When you access our Services, we and any future third-party service providers may use automated technologies described below to collect certain non-personally identifiable information. The types of non-personal information collected may include demographic information such as gender, age, zip code, information about your computer, software, platform, mobile device, and other information, including unique device IDs, incident data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, network Media Access Control (MAC) address and connection.

Automated Tracking Technologies and Cookies. When you access our Services, we and any future our third-party service providers may use automated tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons and pixel tags. These technologies generally help us better understand user behavior, tell us about web visits, facilitate advertisements, and track game preferences.

Uses of Non-Personal Information. We may use your non-personal information for a variety of product, customer, marketing and general business purposes. These include providing our services, providing technical support, and analyzing usage patterns to improve all aspects of our services. As a rule, we don’t share your personal information, except as provided below, and we don’t sell your personal information. Your information, and the contents of all of your online communications (including without limitation chat text, voice communications, IP addresses and your personal information) may be accessed and monitored as necessary to provide the Services and may be disclosed as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms of service; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

Sale or Merger. If we merge or are acquired by another company such that your information will become subject to a different privacy policy, we’ll notify you before the transfer. You can opt out of the new policy by advising us during the notice period.

Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your personal and non-personal information to authorized third party service providers to perform a variety of operational and marketing services on our behalf, including payment processing, product shipments, data analysis, e-mail and newsletter delivery, hosting and storage services, customer service and to assist us in our marketing efforts. We direct and rely on representations of these third-party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and to use your personal information only to provide services on our behalf, and for no other purpose. Please be aware that third party service providers, such as Google and Amazon independently collect personal information relating in connection with your access, use or purchase of our Services (e.g. our Apps and our products). Your information provided to those third parties will be governed by their own privacy policies.

Targeted and Behavioral Advertising. We may share Non-Personal Information (e.g., aggregated and non-attributable data) and certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Services and on the websites of third parties.

Under these programs, we may allow advertisers to collect these types of information and share it with us. Advertisers collect this information using automated tracking technologies like browser cookies and web beacons as described in Section 3 above. This information is used to offer you targeted ad-selection and delivery in order to personalize your user experience by ensuring that advertisements for products and services you see will appeal to you, a practice known as behavioral advertising, as well as web analytics (i.e. to analyze traffic and other end user activity to improve your experience).

5. Your Information Choices and Tools

The privacy of our customers is important to us. In many cases, you can manage information collected about you or your activities and opt-out of certain programs by following the guidelines below.

You may prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings.

To manage the information MBS Fun, LLC receives about you from a third party, you will need to follow the instructions at that site for updating your information and changing your privacy settings. You can manage certain aspects of information collection and use by going to the settings of your (mobile) device and reviewing the permissions of each application. Once MBS Fun, LLC receives your information from a third-party provider, such as Apple, that information is stored and used by MBS Fun, LLC in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you may access and update that information as described below.

You can choose to opt out of receiving additional promotional e-mails from MBS Fun, LLC by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any such e-mail. Please note that once we receive your request, it may take additional time for the opt-out request to become effective. Your unsubscribe request will be processed promptly, and in no event longer than 30 business days.

If you no longer want MBS Fun, LLC to make active use of your information, you may send an e-mail to martin@sheetsandgigglesgame.com. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address if you have accessed the game from a third-party provider (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. Please note that certain records will be retained for legal and accounting purposes. If you have sent or posted content on the Service, we may not be able to delete it. Please consult the privacy policies of those third-party providers to learn about their removal procedures.

6. International Transfers, Information Security and Retention

International Transfers

Your information, including Personal Information, will be transferred to and maintained on computers located in the USA where the data protection laws may differ significantly than those from your jurisdiction. In particular, personal Information collected within Switzerland and the European Economic Area ("EEA") will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of Switzerland and the EEA, including in the USA. The data we hold will be processed by employees and authorized agents operating outside of Switzerland and the EEA who work for us, our Related Companies, or our Authorized Third-Party Providers. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer, storing or processing.

Information Security

MBS Fun, LLC uses reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. When you enter payment information (such as a credit card number when purchasing virtual currency), that transmission is encrypted using secure socket layer technology ("SSL"). Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You use our Services at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your accounts (like a strong password). If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us at martin@sheetsandgigglesgame.com.

Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7. Our Policies Concerning Children

Our websites and games are not intended for children under the age of 17. As noted in the Terms of Use, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 17. If you are under 17, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 17, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We may make material changes to our Privacy Policy at any time.
